What you'll do:
As a Global Mobility Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing international assignments across various regions. Your extensive experience in handling STA and LTA for the EMEA region will be crucial in this role. You will also manage local/permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions. Your proficiency in Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow will enable you to perform your duties effectively. In addition to these technical skills, your ability to provide policy orientation and counselling as well as execute processes will be highly valued. You will also have the opportunity to implement global projects which include developing guidelines, process transitions, systems implementation, quality assurance, and data fluency.
- Manage STA and LTA for EMEA region, with additional experience in APAC and NA being advantageous
- Handle local/permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions
- Utilise Assignment Pro and Workday with more than 3 years of user experience
- Perform architect role duties in Assignment Pro
- Use ServiceNow as a ticketing tool with over 3 years of user experience
- Conduct solid data analytics and reporting using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Provide policy orientation and counselling as well as process execution
- Implement global projects including developing guidelines, process transitions, systems implementation, quality assurance, and data fluency
- Manage stakeholders both internally and externally

The ideal candidate for the Global Mobility Advisor position brings a wealth of International Mobility experience, particularly in managing STA and LTA for the EMEA region. Your ability to manage local/permanent transfers for APAC and EMEA regions will be a significant advantage. You should have more than 3 years of user experience in Assignment Pro and Workday, with architect role experience in Assignment Pro being highly desirable. Your proficiency in ServiceNow as a ticketing tool will also be crucial. Additionally, your solid data analytic and reporting skills using Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow will be essential in this role.
