Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced APAC HR Operations Partner to join their team in Manila. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end payroll and benefits operations across the Asia Pacific region, including Shanghai, Japan, India, South Korea, and Hong Kong. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a diverse team, influence leaders, and implement scalable solutions to meet evolving business needs.

What you'll do:

As an APAC HR Operations Partner, your role will be pivotal in managing payroll and benefits operations across multiple locations in the Asia Pacific region. You'll facilitate seamless banking services for employees, oversee benefits administration, and ensure compliance with Labor Law and company policies. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships and facilitating effective collaboration. With your ability to analyze current processes and anticipate future challenges, you'll implement scalable solutions that keep our operations relevant and effective.

  • Manage end-to-end payroll and benefits operations in Manila and across the Asia Pacific region
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of employee bank accounts, ensure seamless banking services, and oversee benefits administration
  • Serve as the point of contact for local labor and global registration offices
  • Ensure Labor Law and Company policies compliance across the region
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding administrative process
  • Engage actively with stakeholders by influencing leaders to ensure compliance
  • Analyze current processes, anticipate future challenges, and implement scalable solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders and influence leaders
  • Background in global mobility is a plus.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this role brings a wealth of experience in handling compensation and benefits within a multinational company setting. With at least seven (7) years of experience under your belt, you are well-versed in PH (preferably APAC) Labor Law and HR Administration. Your advanced proficiency in MS Office Package coupled with your deep understanding of international working set-up, employment law, immigration, tax, and social security makes you a strong contender for this role. Your ability to analyze current processes, anticipate future challenges, and implement scalable solutions is crucial in meeting our evolving business needs.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or a comparable qualification
  • At least 7 years of experience in handling PH (preferably APAC) Compensation and Benefits, Labor Law and HR Administration in a multinational company
  • At least 3 years experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Laws, APAC Employment law and taxation
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Package - Word, PPT, Excel (LOOKUPs, Pivot table, different Excel formulas)
  • Deep understanding of international working set-up, employment law, immigration, tax, and social security
  • Ability to analyze current processes, anticipate future challenges, and implement scalable solutions
  • Strong focus on accuracy and compliance with a meticulous approach to reviewing processes
