What you'll do:

As the Head of Human Resources, your role will be central to driving the strategic direction of our client's dynamic retail business. Your excellent leadership skills will be crucial in developing HR strategies that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your expertise in performance management will guide managers towards enhancing workforce productivity and growth. Your knowledge of employment laws will ensure compliance across all levels of the organisation. Your ability to design competitive compensation programs will contribute significantly to employee satisfaction and loyalty. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, your insights will shape organisational design and strategic workforce planning. What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for this Head of Human Resources position, you bring a wealth of experience from your minimum 10 years in HR roles within the retail sector. Your strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations will be invaluable in this role. Your proven ability to lead and drive strategic initiatives or changes effectively sets you apart.   • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail sector

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage different level stakeholders.
