Our client is seeking an HR Manager from a Shared Services sector to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing activities such as compensation benefit, policy and operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, talent management and benchmarking.

As a Human Resources Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's future. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with their business goals. Your expertise in managing HR processes will ensure we attract top talent. You will also play a key role in nurturing a positive work environment that encourages high performance. Your ability to assess training needs and implement effective programs will contribute to our team's growth and success.

  • Align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives to drive organizational success.
  • Assess training needs, implement programs, and monitor their effectiveness to support employee development.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by fostering a positive work environment and handling organizational development initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee compensation, benefits, policies, and labor relations to ensure competitive and compliant HR practices.
  • Ensure legal compliance in all aspects of human resource management to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Implement and enhance recruitment and selection processes through automation and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate for the HR Manager position brings a wealth of experience in the field. With 8-15 years under your belt, you have developed an in-depth understanding of HR functions from recruitment to compliance. Your strong interpersonal skills make you adept at managing relationships at all levels within the company. Your strategic mindset allows you to align HR initiatives with business objectives effectively. Your excellent active listening and negotiation skills are crucial in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.

  • 8-15 years in HR field, with experience in managing a Shared Services business with minimum of 100 headcounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Management, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Extensive experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance in all HR processes.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges effectively.
  • Superior leadership and interpersonal abilities to drive HR initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
