As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture while ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of HR management, from overseeing recruitment processes to conducting performance reviews. What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position brings extensive experience in HR or related fields along with strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to connect effectively with stakeholders, promoting a professional environment. Your strong organizational skills coupled with critical thinking abilities will aid in making sound judgements. Experience working with Japanese companies would be an added advantage.

- Experience in engineering or consultancy is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions effectively.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas.
