Human Resources Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager will lead key HR processes, ensure operational excellence, and support strategic HR initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with proven HR leadership experience in fast‑paced environments.

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations including organisational review and design, manpower planning, recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits management, HR information systems, employee relations, and industrial relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws while managing complex industrial relations matters.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals, supporting overall business success through effective people management.
  • Drive the implementation of innovative HR initiatives by staying up-to-date with current trends and best practices within the industry.
  • Foster a positive work environment by nurturing open communication channels between employees and management, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Support recruitment efforts by developing effective staffing plans that ensure the right talent is attracted, retained, and developed within the organisation.
  • Administer payroll processes accurately while overseeing compensation and benefits programmes to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Utilise HR information systems effectively for data-driven decision-making and reporting purposes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing existing policies and procedures for efficiency gains.
