A thrilling HR Training Officer job has recently been available for an established and ingenious bank in the Philippines.
About the HR Training Officer Role: In this role, you will be responsible for training and designing modules for continuous improvement in customer service processes and policies and the related people skills for excellent service delivery. You will also implement training strategies and programs in alignment with the goals of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess existing processes and procedures, and make recommendations and improvements, as may be needed in developing and designing training programmes for employees
Lead and implement quality-led training for service excellence and continuous improvement in close cooperation with concerned BU Heads as well as with the entire Training team, as applicable
Administer training need analysis (TNA) as well as designs and develops training programmes to upskill employees in various areas
Collaborate with peers and Training Head for any generic training within the institutional training plan
Guarantee completion of the agreed annual training plan/calendar
Assess training effectiveness for improvements including the trainer performance
Maintain the upkeep of any training resources assigned in his/her care including any e-learning materials/applications
To succeed in this HR Training Officer role, you must have a foundation in designing modules, be well organised, and good people skills.
Key Requirements:
At least five years of solid background in training cycle i.e. conducting training needs analysis, designing training programme, facilitating, developing modules, and training evaluation
Strong knowledge in “Addie” platform and foundation is with designing modules
Background working for a bank is a plus
Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Communication, Psychology, Management, Human Resources of any related field
Solid background in training cycle i.e. conducting training needs analysis, designing training programme, facilitating, developing modules, and training evaluation
Deep knowledge in banking and/or financial services
Exhibits professionalism, collaborative, proactive, agile, analytical, flexible and adaptive to change
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
