As a Learning and Development Senior Manager, you will be at the forefront of the FinTech industry, shaping the future of financial technology in the country. What you'll do:

As a Learning and Development Senior Manager, your primary role will be to create innovative learning strategies that align with our business goals. You will be responsible for developing a program calendar tailored to our unique needs, designing courses based on solid research, implementing these programs effectively, and evaluating their success. Your commitment to continuous learning will keep us at the cutting edge of our industry as you stay abreast of trends in the fintech space.

  • Develop program calendar for the assigned academy/pillar/account based on knowledge and skills identified to support business imperatives
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate courses and/or programs based on research, data and/or information
  • Ensure alignment of interventions and initiatives with career development and succession priorities/strategies/directions of the business
  • Prepare, develop and submit/present reports as required by the Talent Management
  • Take initiative to continuously upgrade technical knowledge by keeping current with trends and developments in the fintech space

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Learning and Development Senior Manager position brings a wealth of experience in developing effective learning strategies. With at least five years' experience in a similar role, you have proven your ability to design curricula that drive results. Your background in psychology or education equips you to understand how people learn best, while your ongoing commitment to professional development keeps your skills sharp. Most importantly, your track record shows your ability to assess competencies effectively and intervene where necessary.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Education, Guidance and Counseling
  • Desired: Master’s Degree or Continuing Education in relevant field or knowledge domain
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Learning and Development Manager, or similar role
  • Background in L&D Technology, L&D analytics, or L&D product innovation
  • Experienced working in an internal University program of a company
  • Record of performance in curriculum and/or learning pathway development, learning evaluation and transfer assessment, competency assessment and interventions
