Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, develop, implement and evaluate courses and programs that align with the business's career development and succession strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a program calendar for the assigned academy/pillar/account based on identified knowledge and skills to support business imperatives.

As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture within our client's organisation. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing a comprehensive program calendar tailored to support business imperatives. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating courses that align with the company's strategic objectives. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also prepare detailed reports for Talent Management. To ensure your success in this role, it is essential that you remain updated with the latest trends in the fintech industry.

  • Develop a program calendar for the assigned academy/pillar/account based on identified knowledge and skills
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate courses and/or programs
  • Ensure alignment of interventions and initiatives with career development and succession priorities/strategies/directions of the business
  • Prepare, develop and submit/present reports as required by Talent Management
  • Continuously upgrade technical knowledge by keeping current with trends and developments in the fintech space
  • Attend educational workshops and review solid and peer-reviewed academic research and related industry publications
