What you'll do:
As a Learning and Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You will be responsible for developing a program calendar that aligns with business imperatives, designing courses that are backed by solid research, and ensuring that all initiatives support career development strategies. Your commitment to continuous learning will keep you updated with the latest trends in the fintech space, enabling you to drive innovation within the organisation.
- Develop program calendar for the assigned academy/pillar/account based on knowledge and skills identified to support business imperatives.
- Design, develop, implement and evaluate courses and/or programs based on research, data and/or information.
- Ensure alignment of interventions and initiatives with career development and succession priorities/strategies/directions of the business.
- Prepare, develop and submit/present reports as required by the Talent Management.
- Take initiative to continuously upgrade technical knowledge by keeping current with trends and developments in the fintech space.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Learning and Development Manager position brings a wealth of experience in curriculum development, learning evaluation, competency assessment, and interventions. With at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, you have proven your ability to design effective learning pathways that align with business strategies. Your educational background in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Education or Guidance and Counseling equips you with the necessary skills to understand learner needs deeply. A Master's Degree or Continuing Education in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Education, Guidance and Counseling.
- Desired: Master’s Degree or Continuing Education in relevant field or knowledge domain.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Learning and Development Manager.
- Record of performance in curriculum and/or learning pathway development.
- Experience in learning evaluation and transfer assessment.
- Competency assessment and interventions.
- Background in handling sales and/or marketing programs.
