About the Role:

The role of Talent Management Advisor (Global LMS) will be responsible for managing and optimising the LMS platform to meet the organisation's training and development needs, providing reports on LMS usage, as well as facilitating technical/systems training to employees.

The role will report into the Talent Management Business Partner and work closely with the wider Talent Management team and business leaders in the development and implementation of a global talent and development strategy across RW, aligned to the company’s vision and values.

Responsibilities:

Some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:

  • Develop, upload, and maintain eLearning courses and training materials.
  • To push relevant content on the LMS on an ongoing manner.
  • To partner with local TMBPs to remove and introduce new content from our subscription packages.
  • When needed, create and manage user accounts, assigning appropriate roles and permissions.
  • To maintain a global governance on LMS usage and global reporting. Provide ongoing insights and feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Manage the process for annual mandatory training completion.
  • Work with various departments to understand their training needs and tailor the LMS accordingly.
  • Regularly update the LMS to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work in partnership with the Product and Tech team to Implement new features and functionalities for an improved user experience.
  • Support in the implementation of Cornerstone as the LMS and platform to manage performance, succession etc.
  • To maintain governance on license usage.
  • To create SCORMs for e-learning modules.
  • To support with technical and content related queries that cannot be resolved locally.
  • Deliver training (and refreshers) on technical tools such as LMS, Zenith, Power BI, SharePoint, Unified Comms & Microsoft tools.
  • Manage and deliver talent and training programmes across diverse businesses, geographies, and functions relating to all talent matters.
  • Collaborate and liaise with Talent Management Business Partners on the design and delivery of training.
  • Conduct post intervention check-in calls to understand learning impact, emerged reflections and feedback.

Who you are:

Technical skills:

  • Proficiency in LMS platforms (preferably Cornerstone) and related software applications.
  • Strong understanding of eLearning standards and best practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Training and facilitation skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills for effective problem-solving to both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to think laterally and recommend creative and workable solutions.
  • Excellent capability to collate, analyse, evaluate and present data using different methods.
  • Strong project management, collaborative and consultative skills to design and deliver effective learning solutions.
  • Agile mindset; adaptable in flexible, global, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience working within multiple geographies and aligning approach to the local cultural context where needed.
  • Ability to build, grow and maintain strong working relationships with senior business leadership teams
  • and business executives.
