As the Head of Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a global learning strategy that addresses the training needs across different regions. You will manage a diverse learning ecosystem that includes online courses, in-person training programs, leadership development initiatives, and other platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as HR and business leaders will be crucial to ensure that these initiatives align with organisational objectives. Additionally, you will facilitate cultural awareness training to foster understanding among employees from diverse backgrounds. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to effectively track KPIs and assess the impact of these learning programs.

  • Background in Global Learning & Development
