What you'll do:

As a Leadership and Culture Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for developing a program calendar tailored to support business imperatives. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, implementing, and evaluating courses based on thorough research and data analysis. You'll ensure that all initiatives align with the company's career development strategies. A key part of your role will involve preparing detailed reports for Talent Management. To stay ahead in this fast-paced industry, you'll take the initiative to continuously upgrade your technical knowledge by keeping abreast of trends in the FinTech space.

  • Develop program calendar for the assigned academy/pillar/account based on knowledge and skills identified to support business imperatives
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate courses and/or programs based on research, data and/or information
  • Ensure alignment of interventions and initiatives with career development and succession priorities/strategies/directions of the business
  • Prepare, develop and submit/present reports as required by the Talent Management
  • Take initiative to continuously upgrade technical knowledge by keeping current with trends and developments in the fintech space
  • Attend educational workshops and review solid and peer-reviewed academic research and related industry publications

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Leadership and Culture Development Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Learning and Development roles. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Education, Guidance or Counseling. A Master’s Degree or Continuing Education in a relevant field would be highly desirable. With at least 5 years' experience under your belt, you have a proven track record in curriculum or learning pathway development. Your skills in learning evaluation, transfer assessment, and competency interventions will be key to your success in this role.

  • Background working in the academe or education industry
  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Education, Guidance or Counseling
  • Desired: Master’s Degree or Continuing Education in relevant field or knowledge domain
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role
  • Record of performance in curriculum or learning pathway development
  • Experience in learning evaluation and transfer assessment
  • Competency assessment and intervention skills
