Our client is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Technical Trainer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing future-focused technical learning programs that build data and digital capabilities. What you'll do:

As a Learning and Development Technical Trainer, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You will be tasked with designing innovative technical learning programs that align with evolving business needs. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying skill gaps and translating these insights into targeted learning interventions. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to develop role-specific learning paths. Your commitment to continuous improvement will ensure that all L&D initiatives remain relevant and impactful.

  • Design, implement, and manage future-focused technical learning programs
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify skill gaps and emerging trends
  • Develop and execute rapid learning delivery solutions
  • Create skills-based taxonomies and career pathways
  • Develop competency models aligned with industry frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build role-specific learning paths
  • Ensure learning programs are aligned with emerging technologies and best practices
  • Provide regular updates on program outcomes and learning effectiveness metrics
  • Align all L&D initiatives with the broader talent development strategy
  • Participate in talent review sessions

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Learning and Development Technical Trainer position brings a wealth of experience in the field of Learning & Development. With at least 5 years' continuous experience as a Learning & Development Manager or similar role, you have a proven track record in curriculum development, learning evaluation, transfer assessment, competency assessment and interventions. Your strong understanding of innovative learning methodologies and technologies will be key in fostering a high-performing workforce. Your ability to use data analytics for tracking program effectiveness will ensure continuous improvement of our L&D initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Education, Guidance and Counseling or relevant domain
  • Desired: Master’s Degree in relevant field or knowledge domain
  • At least 5 years’ continuous experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role
  • Proven record of performance in curriculum development, learning evaluation and transfer assessment, competency assessment and interventions
  • Strong understanding of innovative learning methodologies and technologies
  • Ability to use data analytics for tracking program effectiveness
