As the Head of OD & L&D, you will lead the strategy and design of initiatives that align with the organisation’s overall direction. Collaborating with HR Heads and other leads, you will identify key competencies, critical roles, high performers, and high-potential talent. You will design and implement talent development programs, including succession planning and L&D initiatives, while serving as the custodian of the organisation’s competency framework.

What you'll do:

-Act as the custodian of the organization’s competency matrix and framework

- Design and oversee the implementation of talent development programs, including succession planning and learning & development.

- Design, implement, and manage the organization’s competency framework.

- Lead learning needs analysis and design approved learning interventions

- Own the performance management system in alignment with HQ requirements

What you bring:

- 10+ years of experience in HR with specialization in OD and Learning.

- Ability to design effective learning programs.

- Ability to partner effectively with various stakeholders, including HR Heads, HRBPs, and Business Unit Leaders.

- Experience in designing organizational competency frameworks.

- Experience in leading learning needs analysis activities.

-Experience in overseeing the implementation of talent development programs.

- Experience partnering with recruitment teams for onboarding programs.

- Knowledge of performance management systems.
