About the Learning and Development Business Lead - AVP Role:
The Learning and Development Business Lead - AVP identifies, develops, delivers and evaluates learning and development solutions to build the competencies (core, leadership, and functional) of employees for current and future jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the learning and development framework for the assigned business/groups/talents segments to provide governance on all learning initiatives
- Ensure there is a business alignment of the learning and development programmes by developing competency profiles for all roles in the bank to build both individual competencies and organisation capabilities
- Develop a competency-based curriculum to ensure all learning and development programmes are relevant to business requirements
- Utilise various learning methodologies appropriate to the requirements of both the organisation and the employees
- Manage efficient and effective delivery and operations of training programmes, leveraging the learning management system that is integrated with HRIS
- Measure effectiveness and impact of the training programmes and ensure continuous improvement
To succeed in this Learning and Development Business Lead - AVP role, candidates must have a proven track record working as an exceptional L&D Manager.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' expertise in L&D
- Bachelor’s degree holder in psychology, management, human resources or any related field
- Preferably candidates from digital and fast-paced organisations
- Effective verbal/written communication skills
- Strong critical and analytical skills
