Responsibilities:
- Delivering and develop Management Reporting service and support the roll out of management reporting solutions across our client portfolio and within internal functions.
- You will take part in creating management reporting processes, managing relationship models, and coordinating, and developing the management reporting tasks in the Philippines.
- Study, analyse and interpret data within the applicant tracking systems (ATS: Workday) and work closely with the Team Leaders and Account Manager in creating digestible spreadsheets and presentation decks for clearer overview and interpretation of the numbers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in data reporting
- Must have an extensive experience with Workday or any ATS
- Must be well versed in managing, dissecting and interpreting data, through excel and spreadsheets, running pivot tables and Xlook up and similar capacity
- Able to do data story telling and mapping from raw spreadsheets and Workday extracts
- Solid communication skills and can clearly articulate information and discuss to different stake holders
