What you'll do:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the organisation. You will independently manage recruitment across all levels, ensuring that the best talent is sourced and retained. Your understanding of labour laws will guide your strategies, while your HR-related connections will serve as valuable resources. A significant part of your role will involve generating detailed reports and analytics that provide insights into recruitment activities. Collaborating closely with department managers, you'll gain a deep understanding of the skills and competencies required for various roles.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Talent Acquisition Manager position brings a wealth of HR experience, particularly in recruitment. With at least 10 years' overall HR experience, including 5 years in recruitment, you are well-versed in managing recruitment processes independently. Your managerial experience within manufacturing sectors gives you an edge, as does your familiarity with labour laws. Your resourcefulness in establishing HR-related connections has proven invaluable in past roles. Additionally, your ability to generate detailed reports and analytics sets you apart.

  • A minimum of 10 years' comprehensive HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on recruitment.
  • At least 4 years' managerial experience in manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with labor laws and their application in recruitment.
  • Resourcefulness in establishing HR-related connections to attract top talent.
  • Proven experience in generating detailed reports and analytics related to recruitment activities.
  • Ability to independently manage recruitment processes for all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
