Our client is seeking a SEA Talent Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role in their People Team. This position offers the opportunity to drive recruiting strategies, engage with key stakeholders, and secure top talent for consulting teams across six offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting life cycle and working closely with senior leadership as a strategic partner. This role is based in Manila and requires occasional business travel.

As a SEA Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our client's team. You will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders, executing effective recruiting strategies, and managing the entire recruitment life cycle. Your ability to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders will be crucial in building partnerships that yield consistent results. You will also leverage your skills in data-driven analytics to shape recruiting activities and make informed decisions.   • Engage with key stakeholders as a trusted partner and advisor
  • Execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers and external vendors
  • Create strong talent pipelines for current and future roles through diverse sourcing strategies
  • Articulate and represent the company value proposition via candidate interaction and networking events
  • Leverage data-driven analytics to provide updates to key business stakeholders
