About the Role:

What you will be doing

As a Talent Pooler, you will play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality talent pools that can be utilised across our global client base. You will engage with candidates, conduct initial screening, and ensure that talent pools are accurately populated and maintained. Your focus will be on building functional talent
pools aligned with the skills and sectors commonly recruited by our clients.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pools aligned with key skill sets and sectors.
  • Conduct market mapping to identify talent trends and opportunities.

Candidate Engagement

  • Engage with candidates directly to build rapport and assess their interest and suitability.
  • Conduct initial voice screening to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and motivations.
  • Provide candidates with accurate and engaging information about the role and or company if relevant.

Screening and Selection

  • Apply appropriate skills coding and taxonomy categorisation to ensure candidates are accurately represented within talent pools.
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues or gaps in candidate availability.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion targets are met when sourcing and screening candidates.

Talent Pool Management

  • Maintain and update generic talent pools to ensure they reflect current market conditions and client
  • needs.
  • Ensure candidates are placed into the correct talent pool based on their skills and experience.
  • Provide insights to the sourcing team on talent availability and sourcing challenges.
  • Appropriate curation of talent pools through automation

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sourcing team to ensure talent pools are aligned with future hiring needs.
  • Partner in with talent marketing and insights around the most relevant sourcing channels.
  • Act as a key contact for internal teams, providing regular updates on talent pool health and candidate engagement

Who you are:

  • Strong experience in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Proven experience in candidate engagement and voice screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule
