What’s the overall purpose of the role?

  • Deliver high-quality, accurate, and compliant tenders and proposals in support of regional and multi-regional Acquisition Leads.
  • Execute tender and proposal builds using approved templates, content libraries, and brand standards, ensuring all submissions meet Global Commercial frameworks.
  • Manage formatting, layout, and content compilation to ensure consistency, clarity, and professionalism across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Acquisition Manager and Acquisition Leads to ensure tenders and proposals are completed to >80% readiness before final review and sign-off.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, templates, and content quality across the GSC.

What are the responsibilities & accountabilities?

  • Tender and Proposal Preparation and Execution
    • Build and compile tenders and proposals based on instructions and content provided by Acquisition Leads and internal stakeholders.
    • Format and design proposal documents using approved templates and brand guidelines.
    • Source and insert accurate, up-to-date content from the global content library and case study repository.
    • Ensure all responses are clear, concise, and tailored to the client opportunity.
    • Conduct quality checks on spelling, formatting, and compliance before submission for review.
    • Maintain document version control and consistent file management within shared systems.
  • Content and Template Management
    • Maintain familiarity with the latest templates, frameworks, and approved content.
    • Highlight any outdated, missing, or inconsistent information for update by the Commercial Content Manager.
    • Support the continuous improvement of content by capturing feedback from each bid cycle.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the Commercial Acquisition Manager to prioritise and schedule tasks in line with SLA’s.
    • Liaise with Acquisition Leads and subject matter experts to clarify requirements and gather missing content.
    • Communicate proactively on progress, risks, and timeframes to ensure expectations are managed effectively.
    • Participate in handover and review meetings where needed to ensure alignment on quality and requirements
