What you’ll be doing:
As a Talent Marketing and Insights Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of recruitment marketing services by managing media purchases, coordinating with vendors, administering technology platforms, and facilitating training sessions. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure all aspects of media buying, usage tracking, and account administration run smoothly. You will be responsible for keeping documentation up-to-date, responding quickly to stakeholder requests, and proactively identifying areas for improvement. Success in this role comes from your ability to build strong relationships, maintain meticulous records, communicate clearly with diverse audiences, and contribute positively to team initiatives. Your enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making will help advance the discipline while ensuring clients receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:

Develop an in-depth understanding of recruitment media landscape and BAU account requirements

Coordinate Media purchases and track utilization

Administer usage of job distribution technology and respond to first-line queries from users

Escalate, track and assist in solving client issues as needed

Liaise with suppliers (such as our media buying agency, job board vendors, and relevant third-party touchpoints) to follow up requests for information or media concerns.

Fulfill requests for user logins or media allocation

Coordinate required recruitment marketing platform training for Recruiters and Sourcers

Coordinate with vendors to ensure Media Package costs are up to date

Ensure an up-to-date directory of vendor/media contacts, Marketing and Finance POCs

Initiates new ideas and offer innovative solutions to current issues and areas for development of the team to improve TM&I service delivery.

Ensures up-to-date media inventory and access across client accounts and terminate recruiter access of leavers
Requirements and Competencies

Good relationship management/building skills

Customer service and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively within team

Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to provide feedback to help suggest improvements

Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools

Experience in coordination/administration of media in the customer service, recruitment, and marketing space

Understanding of applicant tracking systems or recruitment management systems

Strong prioritisation, time management and organisational skills

Detail oriented - accuracy a must

Gathers data from various sources and performs assessment on the data quality to update relevant dashboards

A real enthusiasm for recruitment marketing with a desire for continuous learning and developing skills

Ability to build trust, and to work as part of a very busy team across global time zones - keeping calm under pressure

Strong work ethic

Understanding of or at least interest in recruitment marketing channels gained from in-house, media or agency environment
