About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our Candidate Sourcing Team. In this role, you will support our offshore recruitment operations, particularly for the Robert Walters Australia, by sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent across multiple channels.

As a Candidate Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to meet ongoing hiring needs. You will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies, conducting CV screenings and initial candidate assessments, registering and updating candidate information in databases, and ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified candidates to the recruitment team.

Reporting to the Sourcing Team Lead in Manila and working closely with Australia-based recruiters, you will contribute to operational excellence by supporting scalable sourcing processes, reconnecting and engaging existing candidates, and maintaining accurate candidate records. Your efforts will drive high-quality sourcing outcomes, achieve key performance indicators, and strengthen the overall recruitment workflow across the organization.


Key Requirement & Personal Attributes

  • Minimum of 2+ years of sourcing or recruitment experience.
  • Preferably has experience working with offshore or global markets.
  • Experience in the Tech and Transformation industry, with proven ability to source and engage candidates with technical skill sets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging candidates and stakeholders confidently and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with senior-level professionals.
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume outreach, follow-ups, and candidate pipelines on a daily basis.
  • Skilled at managing large volumes of information and multiple priorities efficiently in fast-paced environments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage high volumes of information and multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
  • Results-oriented and KPI-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sourcing targets and performance objectives.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with global teams.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a strong work ethic, and high integrity in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support directly to the offshore Managers and Recruiters in Australia, collaborating effectively to make recruitment operations more effective and results-driven.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Seek, and other relevant job portals.
  • Proactively seek and review referrals from candidates, evaluating each referral and submitting qualified candidates to the appropriate recruiters.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ experience and suitability for open roles, and
  • Reconnect and engage existing candidates from the database for specific roles, updating candidate profiles and CVs accordingly.
  • Register new candidates in the database and ensure all information is well-organized and accurately maintained.
  • Maintain updated, accurate, and organized candidate records; manage data, onboarding packs, and request CV formatting from other teams to support Consultants and sourcing activity logs.
  • Provide support to Consultants on job posting in the Robert Walters website and other job portals.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to sourcing performance and pipeline quality.
