The Sr. Technical Recruiter (Tech/IT) is in charge of sourcing up to hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions. The successful candidate will work to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications for company requisitions.

The Sr. Technical Recruiter (Tech/IT) role handles the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT requirements of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Include all aspects of hiring, from meeting hiring managers to write job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates
• Draft and align job descriptions and posting to multiple job portals
• Screen applicants for competency with the job requirement
• Attract and keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
• Manage a strong candidate pool while also conducting market studies to formulate talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrate experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and global exposure to technical hiring

To succeed in this Sr. Technical Recruiter (Tech/IT) role, you must have well-rounded experience as a Technical Recruiter, and proven track record of career progression in the field.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business, management, or psychology
• At least seven years of progressive HR experience in recruitment and talent management
• Strong knowledge in talent attraction and management, and other facets of HR
