About the Senior Manager, Recruitment (Sales Distribution) Role:
The Senior Manager, Sales Recruitment is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, offer extension, onboarding and deployment of the company’s partnership distribution sales channel employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, procedures, and tactics
- Supervise the recruiting, onboarding, and deployment team and report on its performance
- Evaluate and suggest the best applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing channels and other recruitment hiring initiatives
- Forecast future hiring and deployment needs
- Advise and calibrate with the hiring managers on interviewing guide and techniques
- Work closely with senior recruiters to manage employee sourcing, interviewing, and orientation
- Provide proper coaching, mentoring, and training activities to recruitment, onboarding, and deployment
- Be responsible for reports, budget allocation, forecasting and risk and compliance management
To succeed in this Senior Manager, Recruitment (Sales Distribution) role, you must have good communication skills and be knowledgeable about the whole recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
- Exposure to sales distribution and/or bancassurance experience is required
- At least three to five years’ experience in insurance or bancassurance recruitment
- Experienced recruiter with end-to-end recruitment with agency and/or any established company
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
