About the Recruitment Consultant - Supply Chain Management Role: In this exciting role, you will showcase your strong recruitment skills and act as Consultant to both clients and candidates and will be seen as the go-to recruitment specialist within the Industrial - Supply Chain Management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the business development plan within your industry specialisation
Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client's organisation and recruitment needs
Manage client roles, including by writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots and head hunting
Source, select and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients
Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships
To succeed in this Recruitment Consultant - Supply Chain Management role, you will need an entrepreneurial, organised, and driven approach with excellent attention to detail. You will also need an understanding of end-to-end supply chain management life cycle.
Key Requirements:
At least six years' end-to-end recruitment experience; sales and headhunting background is most preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills and a highly strategic, commercial mindset
Proactive wil grit, resilience, and a drive to make things happen and consistently hit targets, even under pressure
Excellent entrepreneurial, professional approach and a commitment to self-development when it comes to work
