About the Recruitment Consultant - Supply Chain Management Role:
In this exciting role, you will showcase your strong recruitment skills and act as Consultant to both clients and candidates and will be seen as the go-to recruitment specialist within the Industrial - Supply Chain Management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the business development plan within your industry specialisation
• Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client's organisation and recruitment needs
• Manage client roles, including by writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots and head hunting
• Source, select and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients
• Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback
• Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships

To succeed in this Recruitment Consultant - Supply Chain Management role, you will need an entrepreneurial, organised, and driven approach with excellent attention to detail. You will also need an understanding of end-to-end supply chain management life cycle.

Key Requirements:

• At least six years' end-to-end recruitment experience; sales and headhunting background is most preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills and a highly strategic, commercial mindset
• Proactive wil grit, resilience, and a drive to make things happen and consistently hit targets, even under pressure
• Excellent entrepreneurial, professional approach and a commitment to self-development when it comes to work
