About the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist Role: The Sr. Talent Acquisition Officer will consult with hiring managers on recruitment needs, developing recruitment selection criteria, handling end-to-end recruitment process and sourcing suitable candidates through a variety of channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end recruitment functions such as lead generation, recruiting and attracting top candidates, interview and assessment, evaluating references, selecting the best candidates and hiring and onboarding
Writing and publishing job vacancy advertisements
Interviewing and testing applicants, checking references and performing background checks
Shortlisting and selecting ideal candidates for specific roles
Negotiating terms and conditions of employment on behalf of others
Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees
Posting information about job vacancies online
To succeed in this role, you must have strong competencies on talent acquisition on FMCG, sales and marketing.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar
Two to seven years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar
Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute is advantageous
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit
Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles
Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
