About the Recruitment Manager (Night Shift) Role: As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Manager to join their dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in attracting top-tier talent to contribute to their organisational success.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of our employer brand to attract top talent. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling job advertisements and employer branding materials
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a smooth recruitment process. Gather feedback from candidates to continuously improve and enhance the recruitment process
Data and Analytics: Utilise data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to the HR team on recruitment metrics and trends
To succeed in this Recruitment Manager (Night Shift) role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning and Organizational Development, psychology, or any related course.
At least eight years' solid experience in end-to-end recruitment
Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or any related field
Experience as a recruiter lead/manager
Readiness to work 100% onsite and on a night shift
Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in working with hiring managers, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to adapt to changing hiring needs
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of online sourcing and social media platforms
