About the Role:
Every document you produce is not just a piece of paper; it's a revenue generator. You will be responsible for assisting with creating commercial documentation at volume and ensuring timely delivery to our internal and external stakeholders that surpasses client expectations. The key to our success is the seamless preparation, development, and presentation of commercial documentation, reflecting our mission, offering and brand. We value creative thinking and strategic insight in this position to continuously improve our delivery
Responsibilities:
- Manage the tracking of daily commercial requests from our internal stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
- Assist the team in coordinating and completing key commercial projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Maintain internal commercial templates, ensuring up-to-date information and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure the accessibility and upkeep of key commercial collateral for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the team in developing tailor-made proposal documents for Robert Walters clients showcasing our capability and offering.
- Support the team in presenting information within proposals in a digestible way, using icons and infographics.
- Support the team to develop written content tailored to our target audiences.
- Manage the process for commercial agreement documentation, ensuring proper storage and version control
Who you are:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high transactional volumes efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and grammar, ensuring accuracy in all commercial documentation.
- Qualifications in business/commerce and/or experience in marketing, design or related fields.
- Practical experience in project coordination or administration, demonstrating your ability to handle transactions at scale.
- Proficiency in Adobe Design or InDesign is advantageous.
- Practical experience in content writing and bid preparation is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for maintaining professional relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Capacity to work independently and take initiative, driving projects to completion
