About the Role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will play a vital role in partnering with business leaders and senior stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for leading a team of TA professionals as well as managing end-to-end recruitment processes for internal and external talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Additionally, you will provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.


This role is responsible for the region of SEA & India (including the central sourcing and administration team in Manila).

What You Will Be Doing:


TA Strategy and Workforce Planning

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and objectives across the region including development of sourcing and assessment methodologies.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Continuously analyse and improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to expand community reach, engagement, and partners to support of ED&I strategy within the business.


Team Management:

  • Provide line management oversight and guidance to a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners across the region.
  • Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and support career development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence within the team.
  • Act as point of escalation for the hiring managers across the region.

Recruitment and Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions, managing the full end to end recruitment lifecycle of these vacancies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and facilitate the selection process.
  • Work collaboratively with the TA sourcing specialists to identify key pipeline roles and develop engagement strategies to keep talent communities warm.
  • Support hiring managers with interview processes where required.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and HR to ensure offer process and onboarding process smooth and best in class.
  • Proactively network and engage in the local market to identify and build talent pipelines.
  • Support induction of new starters with keep warm and training on referral processes as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Lead on local community engagement or careers fair events and PR initiatives in conjunction with the business and local marketing teams.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  • Collaborate with the Global TA Operations Manager, Employee Experience and Employer Branding team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives locally in line with the global EVP.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, identifying opportunities to drive improvements where necessary to enhance the process.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team in delivering a consistent and engaging employer brand message.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track and report on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and optimize processes.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in leading a talent acquisition teams across multi regions/global.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial skills with an ability to interpret trends, identify customer needs and design customer talent attraction and assessment focused solutions.
  • Exceptional collaborative skills, someone who can quickly find the common ground and solve problems.
  • Strong and empathetic leadership skills that shape a high performing inclusive culture amongst a team driving productivity, promoting diversity and wellbeing, and delivering impact to the business.
  • Experienced in creating and communicating a compelling and differentiated employer valued proposition.
  • Ability to deliver impact through practical and creative problem-solving skills to navigate and overcome obstacles and challenges.
  • Data driven mindset – able to analyse, interpret and communicate relevant people data to drive informed data led insights.
  • Digital literacy – proficient in the utilisation of technology to drive efficiencies, continuous improvement and increase the impact of TA across the business.
