Our client is in search of a Recruitment Manager with a focus on volume hiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, ensuring the best talent is sourced efficiently and effectively.

What you'll do:

As the Volume Recruitment Manager you will take charge of managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing effective recruitment strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs, and ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to compliance standards. You will also provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics to senior management. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters will also fall under your purview.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement employer branding and talent attraction strategies to enhance candidate engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights and reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the hiring of 30+ candidates per month, ensuring quality talent acquisition within set timelines.
  • Streamline and optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods, partnerships, and recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Manager role brings proven experience in managing high-volume recruitment processes. You have strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in stakeholder management is also key for this role.

  • 5-7 years of experience in mass hiring or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple hiring requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills especially to ensure the candidate experience is satisfactory.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and talent attraction strategies to enhance candidate engagement.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements related to recruitment and employment.
  • Proven experience in hiring for support roles, experience within the BPO or call center industry is advised to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
