About the Role:

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates externally for roles as well as managing all direct applicants from direct advertising. Supporting the team on recruitment activity, and giving feedback back to each candidate in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and building networks with top talents
• Source candidates via a range of channels, including web advertising, referrals, social networking and candidate databases – liaising with partner recruiters and stakeholders
• Build, develop and maintain in-house candidate databases and workflow process, like candidate and job tracking spreadsheets
• Contact and interview prospective candidates, keeping records of all your contact

Who you are:

• 3+ Years of strong sourcing experience preferably in the APAC region.
• Speaks and understands Mandarin on a business level
• Experience in recruiting for Medical device, Pharma or the healthcare sector
• Strong attention to detail and grammar, ensuring accuracy in all commercial documentation.
• Capacity to work independently and take initiative, driving projects to completion.
• Experience in a role that involved candidate resourcing and attraction
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic
• Enthusiastic team player
• Target orientated and a proven ability to meet deadlines
