Recruitment Services – GBS

The objective of Recruitment Services - GBS is to offer comprehensive recruitment solutions to RW, adhering to a standard framework and deploying suitable skills and capabilities, service management tools, and customised processes in line with GBS.

This is designed to ease RW consultants of administrative duties, allowing them to concentrate on primary recruitment tasks, ultimately aiding in the generation of candidate leads and revenue. The Recruitment Services are categorised into Candidate Management and Placement Management.

In the Candidate Management section, the team performs two key tasks:

  • Candidate Sourcing
  • Candidate Record Management. In the Placement Management section, the team offers contract and compliance services.

Senior Manager – Recruitment Services

The role of the Senior Manager is to provide Recruitment Services to both existing and new regions within RW. This role has a global scope, where you will act as a GBS representative and main contact for candidate management and placement activities. This involves:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Recruitment Services and its local teams.
  • Serving as the primary contact for offshore clients and stakeholders, such as the Global Tower Head.
  • Managing team turnover, recruitment, and promoting a strong work ethic to ensure delivery in accordance with SLAs and constantly enhancing performance. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the Global Tower Head, business, and crucial stakeholders to guarantee that key recruitment services are delivered to GBS standards.

The Senior Manager will be in charge of maintaining team performance and quality standards, managing relationships with the business and exploring opportunities for expanding GBS services within RW.

This position will involve direct supervision of three managers, each in charge of different recruitment lines. As GBS services expand, the role will also entail managing additional resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with overseas clients and internal stakeholders to establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and crucially, ensuring that the teams meet expectations and maintain the standards of Global Business Services (GBS).
  • Proactively maintain a robust talent pipeline within the teams and managing turnover by fostering a strong work ethic and positive culture. This also involves coordinating with the Human Resources department to maintain a clear roadmap for career progression, growth opportunities, and succession planning for both the individual teams and the overall Tower.
  • Accountable for Experience Level Agreement (XLA) reviews & ratings and initiating improvement actions when opportunities arise. Identify areas for improvement, pain points, and implement best practices to enhance business processes.
  • Act as the point of contact and champion for the Recruitment Services, manage stakeholders’ expectations with the overall GBS operating model for recruitment.
  • Identify, analyse, and manage risks and issues associated with the GBS Recruitment Services and develop mitigation techniques as necessary.
  • Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the process to ensure effective performance monitoring and management.
  • Create and maintain smoothly functioning Recruitment Service capability, utilise analytics to provide trend data that highlights weaknesses and strengths.
  • Standardise, automate, and optimise recruitment processes, ensuring the right resources, processes and technology are aligned to the recruitment services Operating Model to drive GBS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns, manage expectations, and promote GBS with a single business model mindset.
  • Own and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, end-to-end process flows, SharePoint, knowledge management and training materials.
  • Identify process efficiency opportunities and recommending continuous improvement for Recruitment Services.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholder across the organisation and work collaboratively to achieve GBS goals.
  • Collaborate with the business to extend the Global Business Services (GBS) to additional regions, making sure the appropriate number of resources are assigned to the Recruitment Service Tower.

Requirements:

  • Background in leading and managing recruitment teams within the Recruitment industry, with experience managing teams in Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services considered a plus.
  • Demonstratable leadership skills in driving delivery, managing high-performance teams, and overseeing financial performance.
  • Established skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving, coupled with robust communication abilities, including partnering with businesses in recruitment capabilities.
  • A data-oriented approach, using data analytics and reports to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of channels, in order to deliver high-quality GBS recruitment services.
  • Proven experience in direct recruitment and candidate sourcing management within multinational corporations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and responsiveness to stakeholders, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions, and demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software like PowerBI, Sharepoint.
