This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development and previous team management experience, preferably in a shipping or logistics company. The position is based in Manila with a full return-to-office arrangement.

As an OD Manager, your role will be central to driving process improvement, change management, and re-engineering methodologies within our client's organisation. You will be responsible for developing modern business methods, identifying best practices, creating and assessing performance measurements for continuous improvement. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to manage key stakeholder relationships effectively. Your passion for organising processes will shine through as you facilitate activities that identify process improvement opportunities, redesign processes, establish organisational support, and execute approved processes.
- Champion process improvement practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement to support a high-performing organization.
- Facilitate activities to identify process improvement opportunities, redesign processes, establish organizational support, and execute approved improvements.
- Lead efforts to build a high-performance culture by implementing programs and tools focused on performance measurement, people development, and customer relationship management.
- Lead the development and implementation of modern business methods, identifying best practices, and creating and assessing performance measurements for continuous improvement.
- Manage key stakeholder engagement and relationship-building efforts related to process and service improvement opportunities.
- Monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Offer guidance and advice to senior leaders on the optimal use of resources to achieve positive and measurable outcomes, including maintaining an inventory of business processes and coordinating updates with various departments.
- Provide expertise in business process management for staff engagements and project work streams, ensuring effective implementation and execution.
- Review and develop policies and procedures necessary to support the success of organizational processes, including job grading, company grading, job evaluation, talent mobility, succession planning, change management, SCM, and HRIS.
What you bring:
As an OD Manager, you bring a wealth of experience from your minimum 5 years in organisational development with managerial experience.
- Ability to manage a large headcount with logistic or shipping industry background.
- Active involvement in change management initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-implementation assessment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and other Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to create detailed reports, flowcharts, and presentations.
- Demonstrated expertise in revamping job grading systems, company grading structures, and conducting comprehensive job evaluations.
- Exceptional analytical thinking skills, with the capacity to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights for process improvement.
- Hands-on experience working with various Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent mobility programs and succession planning strategies to ensure effective workforce management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, with at least 2 years in a managerial position overseeing team performance and project execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and fostering collaborative relationships to drive organizational success.
P.S: Working hours is 8 AM to 6.30 PM, Monday - Friday
