Our client is seeking a Culture and Engagement Manager to oversee all cultural engagements and wellness activities of senior executives. This role will implement activities and programmes in alignment with the company's goals and values. The successful candidate will be joining a renowned organisation that leads in the insurance industry, exposing them to a diverse group of innovative, creative, and inclusive professionals.

What you'll do:

As a Culture and Engagement Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the organisational culture through various engagement initiatives. You will lead organisational reviews, strategise development programmes, facilitate competency profiling processes, design learning programmes tailored to leaders' needs, and lead culture and engagement initiatives. Your excellent organisational skills will be crucial in planning and executing events for senior executives. Your creativity will shine through as you design learning programmes based on leaders' critical needs.

  • Lead organisational review and recommend possible changes on structures based on company plans
  • Organise and spearhead activities for senior executives such as conferences, seminars, meetings, and cultural events
  • Strategise, plan and ensure execution of individual development programs necessary for business unit competencies
  • Ensure implementation of Leadership Development and Succession Programme for the business unit
  • Facilitate competency profiling processes, specifically for functional and technical competencies
  • Ensure that competency profiles are properly documented, communicated, and implemented
  • Design learning programmes based on critical needs of leaders and critical talents
  • Lead the Culture and Engagement programmes and initiatives for senior stakeholders
  • Oversee cultural engagements and wellness activities
  • Implement activities aligned with company goals

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Culture and Engagement Manager position brings a wealth of experience in leadership roles, particularly in driving culture and engagement initiatives for senior executives. With at least eight years of leadership experience under your belt, you have honed your communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Your analytical skills enable you to drive projects successfully while your collaborative nature allows you to build strong working relationships across teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources or any related field
  • At least eight years' leadership experience
  • At least five years' experience with culture and engagement initiatives for senior executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical with ability to drive projects well
  • Collaborative nature with ability to build a network through good working relationships across teams
