This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape the employee experience, ensuring every team member feels valued, connected, and aligned with the company’s core values. You will be at the forefront of designing impactful initiatives that span the entire employee lifecycle.

  • Play a key role in shaping organisational culture by developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee experience and foster a sense of belonging across all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Internal Communications, and leadership teams to deliver sustainable culture and engagement programmes that align with company values.
  • Oversee clear and consistent internal messaging for culture and engagement initiatives, ensuring employees feel informed, included, and motivated to participate in shaping their workplace.
  • Oversee HR communications related to culture and engagement initiatives, ensuring messaging is clear, inclusive, consistent, and reinforces organisational values at every touchpoint.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to embed culture initiatives into business practices while supporting leaders in modelling desired behaviours throughout the organisation.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by integrating these principles into all aspects of culture strategy design and delivery.
