Our client is on the lookout for a Total Rewards Principal to join their team in Manila. This role is pivotal in developing and administering an employee compensation and benefits programme that truly recognises and rewards employees' contributions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape remuneration components, facilitate job evaluations, participate in remuneration surveys, and provide expertise in other remuneration-related areas.

What you'll do:

As a Total Rewards Principal, your role will be central to developing and administering an employee compensation and benefits programme. You'll be responsible for shaping various remuneration components including salaries, bonuses, and long-term incentives. Your role will also involve facilitating job evaluations, performance appraisals, and remuneration review processes. Additionally, you'll develop policies for international assignments and transfers across entities. Participating in remuneration surveys will also fall under your purview. Lastly, you'll administer executive remuneration programmes while providing expertise in other remuneration-related areas.

  • Develop and implement remuneration components such as salaries, bonuses and long-term incentives
  • Facilitate job evaluations, performance appraisals and remuneration review processes
  • Develop and implement policies and processes for international assignment (both short-term and long-term) and one-way transfer across entities
  • Participate in remuneration surveys
  • Administer remuneration programmes for executives
  • Provide expertise in the design, implementation, and analysis of other remuneration related areas such as sales incentive, retirement plans, life and medical insurances, recognition awards
