Business Development Associate

A leading global manufacturing company is urgently seeking a Business Development Associate (Hydraulics). In this job, you must have a strong background and experience in sales and client management.

About the Business Development Associate (Hydraulics) Role:
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality customer service and sustainable business results for product ranges to maximise its leadership position and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote new business in digitisation
• Work closely with Singapore for drive and control to implement new business strategies in the Philippines
• Expand drive and control distribution network in the Philippines

To succeed in this Business Development Associate (Hydraulics) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least three years of work experience in sales and with technical fundamentals
• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics/mechatronics is preferred
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal communication skills
• Strong motivation for finding leads and achieving sales
• Understanding of modern industrial automation machine concepts and industrial 4.0 principles
• Basic knowledge of CAD electrical circuit diagram
• Knowledge of basic PLC/higher level programming languages is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and eager to learn
• Motivated, display integrity in work and able to work as a team
• Observant in market movement/trend
• Willing to travel within the country (on business coverage)
