About the SEA Regional Business Manager (Chemical Manufacturing) Role:
This position is responsible for leading, managing and collaborating with a team of CAM, BDM and FSM to grow QSR business and achieve annual revenue and profit objectives. This individual is responsible for leading the group with new customer gains and interfacing with existing customers to retain and grow. Through leading, directing and mentoring this position ensures that our ongoing relationships are maintained with the customers while maximising the company’s overall offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic and tactical sales, service and innovation plans for QSR - SEA region to achieve sustainable and profitable growth
• Communicate in a timely manner with QSR global CAM on global chain accounts to make sure we deliver a standard approved solution in terms of product, price, and service. Work with the team to fully understand customer needs at a regional level, country level and store level, then develop tailor-made protocols to meet those needs
• Drive new business for both global accounts and local accounts to deliver higher growth
• Drive more local manufacture and innovation in SEA region to shorten lead-time and improve margins
• Develop sales budgets for each market, then help each team to develop strategies to achieve
• Develop and implement a pricing strategy for customers that ensure QSR overall revenue and profit objectives are met. Execute annual Price Adjustments to support a sustainable M. level and to offset increasing costs
• Ensure key decision makers are identified within key customer chains and relationships are cultivated to ensure customer satisfaction to develop customer confidence in offerings. Execute regular Business Reviews with key accounts
• Develop and implement tools to effectively measure customer satisfaction. Also develop and implement reporting for customers to effectively measure performance.
• Serve as QSR SEA region final “service guarantee” by ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer’s complete satisfaction
• Leverage China RD&E, marketing and technical support team to deliver better value-added service to SEA region customers
• Represent QSR SEA region as required at industry and customer meetings

To be successful in this SEA Regional Business Manager (Chemical Manufacturing) role, you must communicate regularly within the QSR and SEA region to ensure all parties clearly understand the strategies necessary to meet assigned customers’ current and future needs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of successful SEA regional sales and marketing experience, fast food industrial experience will be preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Proven experience to drive high business growth
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Critical eye for talent and strong talent development skills
• Ability to effectively resolve complex issues
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels - global/local customers
• Skilled presenter
• Able to travel within SEA region as needed
