About the Sales Director (Escalator and Elevator) Role:
In this role you will be working with diverse group of individuals. Given your business-to-business sales experience, the team will be needing assistance in strategic B2B selling and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops sales and marketing activities in alignment with company strategy to expand market coverage, enhance the company's image, and achieve sales targets
• Oversees selling activities and marketing strategies across head office and branch offices, focusing on high-end and commodity products to meet sales targets and boost profitability and growth
• Ensures comprehensive clarification of project details with clients before contract signing, covering scope of work, technical specifications, and commercial terms for effective project operation
• Coaches and provides training to subordinates to enhance their capabilities, productivity, creativity, and motivation, supporting both short-term functional goals and long-term business growth
• Stays updated on market, industry, and competitor activity to adapt and develop strategies that meet changing market dynamics and evolving client requirements

To be successful in this Sales Director (Escalator and Elevator) role, you must have the ability to produce work product that is thorough and accurate, and respond to changing needs of the business; personally, identify and champion new ideas for improvement and growth.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing or commercial
• MBA (preferred)
• Five to eight years of sales experience in the E&E industry or M&E related industry
• Minimum of two years of experience managing the sales department
• MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, SAP experience is advantage but not necessary
