About the Business Development Head (Site Acquisition - Leasing) Role:
The Business Development Head (Site Acquisition - Leasing) position is responsible for the quality selection and timely acquisition of sites based on the strategic direction of market / business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares site mapping plan based on the approved Strategic Market Development Plan
• Oversees the conduct of site mapping activities based on agreed schedule
• Ensures sufficient and efficient gathering of site mapping information
• Manages conduct of site assessment on priority trade areas
• Reviews and presents for approval a comprehensive feasibility studies to immediate superior and top management
• Assures accurate and complete gathering of information from landowners, building administrators, government agencies and other authorities, as needed in documentation and studies
• Oversees preparation and facilitation of negotiation towards an agreement between two parties on all terms and conditions
• Assures standard site selection process is applied in all GBI stores nationwide
• Manages acquisition of sites based on planned number stores to open and based on budget

To be successful in this Business Development Head (Site Acquisition - Leasing) role, you must oversee effective and efficient negotiations of lease contract’s terms and conditions thru attaining the best site position for business opportunity and operations.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least five years' experience as a Supervisor/Lead of Site Acquisition team
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurant industry is an advantage
• Must have good analytical and negotiation skills
• Good experience in creating feasibility studies and ensure the ROI of the acquired sites
• Readiness to travel to any part of the Philippines.
