Lead and supervise marketing and commercial activities for contract logistics, domestic, and distribution of accounts
Formulate and execute business plans aligned with business strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability
Act as the primary sales contact for prospective clients, managing the entire sales process for customers
Identify and cultivate qualified leads, converting them into prospects and customers through effective sales strategies
Develop and implement a compelling value proposition, leveraging DP World's global assets for strong relationships with customers
Successfully participate in and secure freight, contract logistics, and distribution bids
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, quantity, and service commitments, while also performing data analysis to drive service improvements and revenue growth
Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders, and manage and develop commercial staff, while overseeing budget creation and management for the department.

At least five years working experience in contract logistics, domestic freight, and distribution
Excellent communication skills
