Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Demonstrated success in sales and dealer management for road building (primary) and mineral processing (secondary) equipment industries is required
Must possess an active customer network in the Philippines, including contractors, quarries, and large construction companies
Exhibits strong decision making and negotiation skills
Dedicated to quality customer service
Extensive experience in leads generation, selling, negotiation, and customer success
Ability to travel as required
