What you'll do:

As a Business Development Telesales professional fluent in Mandarin, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, developing new business leads, and contributing to our growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include making outbound calls, introducing our offerings to potential clients, maintaining our account database, performing daily cold calls, responding to emails, working closely with Account Managers, booking client meetings, and identifying new business opportunities. Your commitment to understanding our clients' needs, your enthusiasm for nurturing relationships, and your ability to share information effectively will ensure your success in this role.

  • Perform outbound calls to potential clients using company generated leads
  • Develop new business leads through outbound sales calls
  • Introduce the company and offer products to potential clients
  • Maintain and update the account’s database and write notes so that client’s needs can be met and communicated internally
  • Perform daily cold calls & follow up call to get client’s information, daily requirements & orders
  • Send relevant information to completed calls and respond to emails where required
  • Work closely with the assigned Account Manager for quoting and order closing
  • Book client meetings for assigned Account Managers
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities

What you bring:
