Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Manager to lead their power tools division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead strategic planning, explore new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. You will be personally handling top importing customers and leading a team of sales specialists. What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager for Power Tools, your role will be pivotal in leading the tool sales team towards achieving their business goals. You will be responsible for strategic planning aimed at growing the sales pipeline and exploring new business opportunities. Your ability to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with assigned accounts will be crucial. You will handle top importing customers while leading a team of sales specialists. Working closely with these accounts, you will formulate and execute sales plans within set timelines. Your efforts to increase dealership numbers and expand shelf space will play a significant role in growing the market. Collaborating with marketing, you will roll out events and promotions that enhance brand awareness and market share.
