What you'll do:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales in the banking industry.   • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong experience working with or within the banking and financial services industry
  • Experience in selling security, transportation, or related services to financial institutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships
  • Ability to think strategically and create tailored solutions that meet client needs
