This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies that enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth in the B2C segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and channel management, with a focus on integrating online and offline strategies to improve customer engagement and sales performance.

What you'll do:

As the Head of Channel Strategy and Growth, you will be tasked with developing a comprehensive channel strategy that enhances customer acquisition and drives revenue growth. You will utilize your expertise in both offline and online sales, leveraging various distribution methods to maximize performance. Your responsibilities will include leading digital sales initiatives while managing the growth of offline channels. You will also monitor sales performance across all channels, setting clear targets for channel partners, overseeing online sales performance, collaborating with offline teams, fostering collaboration between different teams, establishing relationships with digital partners, among other duties.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to enhance market share and drive sales through both offline and online channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to leverage new digital tools and technologies that enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement a robust strategy to optimize and grow traditional sales channels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across all channels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for channel partners.
  • Oversee the performance of all online sales channels.
  • Collaborate with offline sales teams to ensure a smooth transition to a more integrated sales approach.
  • Foster collaboration between offline and online sales teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with digital partners.
