What you'll do:

As a Country Sales Manager, your primary focus will be driving sales growth while penetrating the market effectively. You'll be at the forefront of developing strategic initiatives that not only establish but also strengthen partnerships within the food and beverage sector. Your role will involve a mix of strategic planning along with hands-on sales leadership. You'll monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify fresh opportunities. Additionally, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities while managing the sales budget effectively.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including manufacturers in the food and beverage industry.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

With a minimum of 8 years' experience in sales roles, you have demonstrated your ability to lead teams towards exceeding their targets. Your exceptional interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with customers. You are known for your analytical thinking which allows you to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics. Your passion for sustainability is evident in your commitment to promoting environmentally friendly solutions.

  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the food, beverage, or packaging industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to adapt quickly to market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting environmentally friendly solutions.
  • Proficiency in English.
