Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales (Enrollment) to play a pivotal role in driving student enrollment growth and revenue generation.

This exciting opportunity focuses on executing strategic initiatives to meet annual targets by leading a high-performing enrollment team. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate closely with prestigious international partners, overseeing sales teams across three campuses, and working in alignment with the marketing team to optimize enrollment strategies. What you'll do:

As a Director of Sales, your primary focus will be driving student enrollment growth and revenue generation. You will develop targeted enrollment strategies for the Business and Health Sciences schools, ensuring all team members are aligned with annual growth goals. Your role will involve close collaboration with key partners to monitor enrolment processes, guiding team efforts to meet or exceed targets. You'll also oversee internal enrollment systems, providing training for efficient system usage. Managing relationships with third-party partners for enrollment campaigns will be part of your responsibilities. You'll generate insightful enrollment reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making. Your leadership skills will be crucial in guiding campus-based teams to achieve enrollment targets.

  • Develop and implement targeted enrolment and admissions strategies for the Business and Health Sciences schools.
  • Collaborate with key partners to monitor and optimize day-to-day enrolment processes.
  • Oversee and support the use of internal enrollment systems.
  • Plan, strategize, and manage the sales budget for the Business and Health Sciences schools.
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners for enrollment campaigns.
  • Generate and analyse enrollment reports, providing leadership with insights and recommendations.
  • Provide direct leadership to three campus-based team leads and their respective sales teams.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director and AVP of Marketing.

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Director of Sales position, you bring proven experience in sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. Your strong leadership skills have been honed through managing and developing high-performing teams. You possess demonstrated expertise in partnership management, particularly with educational or corporate institutions. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable you to manage relationships effectively at all levels. Politically astute, you're capable of navigating established team dynamics and managing organizational culture effectively. Your technical skills include proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced knowledge in MS Excel being a plus.

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in partnership management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
