Our client is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese. What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese, you will be at the forefront of our client's commitment to providing excellent customer support. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve handling both voice and non-voice communications from customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You'll become an expert in at least one product area, enabling you to provide detailed assistance where necessary. Your ability to maintain open communication within your team will contribute significantly to the overall success of the department.

  • Provide exceptional service across all contact channels, maintaining service levels and efficiencies
  • Maximise customer conversion and retention opportunities using company marketing initiatives
  • Become an expert in at least one product area
  • Maintain open and transparent communication within the team
  • Proactively escalate any issues that could affect the customer experience
  • Ensure first-time resolution to customer contacts, considering the commercial value of each interaction
  • Escalate complex customer enquiries to the Senior Customer Advisor and relay outcomes of investigations to customers
  • Maintain a Quality & Assurance score that meets and exceeds department KPIs

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Representative role will bring strong communication skills in English as well as either Mandarin, Korean or Japanese. Your active listening skills will enable you to understand customer needs effectively while your interpersonal skills will help build strong relationships with them. A patient and empathetic attitude is essential for this role as it involves dealing with various customer concerns. Strong time management and organisational skills are also required to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Your troubleshooting skills will be crucial in resolving customer issues promptly.
